Intrum REO started off by taking over the management of an initial portfolio of Piraeus Bank real estate and is actively developing further within the Phoenix, Vega I, II, III and Sunrise securitized portfolios while simultaneously exploring all real estate management opportunities on behalf of investors. Furthermore, Intrum REO, through its innovative business model, plays an active role in contributing to the growth of the Greek real estate market and, therefore, the economy, in line with Intrum Group's vision.
